37019-Class 110.3 Electric Locomotive
The procurement program of the new German Federal Railroad was also supposed to include an electric locomotive for express trains. The result was the class E 10, designated later as the class 110, which came out with a chic cobalt blue paint scheme. Its maximum speed was 150 km/h / 94 mph. This tempo, however, appeared to be too low for the railroad strategists over the course of time and the sub-class 110.3 was thus created.

Train passengers had to wait a long time for new locomotives and cars in long-distance service, but on September 23, 2015, there was finally movement in the next generation IC trains. The bi-level ICs (IC2) from Bombardier were given preliminary authorization by the EBA. On these new locomotives and cars there was now shuttle train compositions, consisting of a class 146.5 (TRAXX P160 AC2) electric locomotive as well as five bi-level cars, type TWINDEXX 2010. The interior features of the cars sparkle with a modern level of equipment and comfort.

37946-Class Di 7 Heavy Diesel Locomotive
The 1,650 horsepower class T44 freight locomotive is among the most successful locomotive designs built in the largest quantities in Scandinavia. The Swedish State Railways (SJ) had 123 units built between 1968 and 1987 at the domestic railroad builders NOHAB and KVAB. The Norwegian State Railroad (NSB) borrowed T44 units from the SJ on a regular basis. In 1993, the Norwegians bought a unit, repainted it, and designated it as Di 7 634 in their locomotive roster. Three years later this one-of-a-kind went to Malmtrafikk, which operated ore trains on the ore line out of Kiruna. Numerous T44 units have been updated in the meantime and are equipped with MTU diesel motors.
